Dp Kit for X - Bloomington

This set of stocks provides full and efficient coverage of the X chromosome with duplications. It consists of duplications with sequenced-defined endpoints from the Bloomington Duplication Project and the Duplication Consortium.

A downloadable spreadsheet provides more information about the kit. Changes will be made to this kit as new duplication stocks become available to provide more efficient coverage with molecularly characterized duplications. See History for a record of changes to the kit.
