| Payments for stocks that could not be sent will normally be credited to your next order. If you prefer a refund to your original payment instead of a credit please contact us, provide your order number or payment information, and we will be happy to issue a refund. |
| Payments for orders canceled prior to subculture of the stocks ordered will be refunded in full. |
| Payments for shipping costs will be refunded for orders canceled after stocks have been subcultured but prior to shipment. |
| Payments are not refundable after stocks have been shipped. See our replacement policy for stocks that did not survive shipment. |
