Add User to Existing Account

If you have the permission of the account holder, you can use this form to add yourself to an existing BDSC account. After we process your request, you will have access to that account on the BDSC website. Your user name will be the e-mail address you enter in the form. We will send you an e-mail with your temporary password when your website account has been established.
