Review the items in your cart, or add stocks using search or the order form. Read Restrictions & Notices if any stocks in your cart have a 'Restricted' flag. If your account has an open order, new stocks in your cart are added to the existing order. You do not have the option to select a different shipping method or address when adding to an open order.
