The BDSC is supported by grant P40OD018537 from the NIH Office of Research Infrastructure Programs (ORIP) in collaboration with the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS), National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), and National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD). Fees for use of the collection provide approximately 80% of the cost of BDSC services. Additional support is provided by Indiana University.
