The enhancer trap lines in the table below contain FLP recombinase expressed in different tissues. These lines are part of the FINGR (ET-FLP-induced intersectional GAL80/GAL4 repression) system described in Bohm et al., 2010. They can be used with FRT-containing flip-in or flip-out GAL80 insertions to restrict expression of GAL4 as well as for clonal analysis.
